A Morning Prayer for Strength and Guidance
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, I come to you this morning because you are strong, and I am weak. I come to give you the praise and the glory that you deserve, Father. I want to thank you for the new day. A morning that is full of uncertainty, thanking you for the opportunity to see the sun rise and shine. I present myself before you, Father, with a grateful heart, acknowledging your goodness towards me and my family. I just want to thank you for the gift of life and the opportunity to embrace your love and grace, which is renewed each morning.
Today, I seek the strength and the courage to face my fears or any obstacles that may arise. Lord, I am seeking wisdom to make wise decisions, as I acknowledge that wisdom comes from you. I also pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in my life, as you, Lord, will not hold back any good gifts from me. Lord, please allow the Holy Spirit to guide my thoughts and actions, and that you will lead me an the right path.
Peace comes from you, Lord; therefore, I pray that you will fill me with your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and to guide my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help me, Father, to put all my trust in you, knowing that with you, all things are possible. Therefore, I can conquer any trials that may come to my path with the almighty help.
Lord, I lift up my dreams, hopes, and aspirations to you as the author and finisher of my faith. As nothing is too hard for you to do. Therefore, I leave everything in your hands. Help me, Lord, to seek you first and your righteousness, trusting that you will provide for all my needs, Father, according to your riches in glory.
Father, please give me the eyes or the decrement of spirit to see the beauty and blessings that you have surrounded me with. Help me to have the heart of gratitude to rejoice in your goodness and your faithfulness.
I pray for my friends and family who may be going through some difficult times in their lives, I pray that you will grant them the healing that they need and the peace of mind and strength to endure today. It doesn’t matter the situation; I believe, Lord, that you will have compassion upon your children.
Father, as I go through this day; I place all my activities in the palm of your hands. You are the all-known God, a God who makes a way when it seems as if there is no way.
