Good morning, and welcome to today’s devotional.
Take a deep breath…
Let your shoulders relax…
And allow this moment to be a quiet space between you and God.
Before the day begins, before the noise, before the responsibilities…
We come to Him.
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for the gift of a new day.
Thank You for waking me up this morning and giving me another chance to walk in Your purpose.
Lord, as I step into today, I ask for Your strength.
Not just physical strength, but the strength in my mind… strength in my heart… and strength in my spirit.
When I feel overwhelmed, remind me that You are my refuge.
When I feel uncertain, remind me that You are in control.
Your word says in Isaiah 41:10,
“Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.”
Father, I hold onto that promise today.
Fill my heart with Your peace —
a peace that calms every worry,
silences every fear,
and steadies my thoughts.
Guide my steps today, Lord.
Help me to make wise decisions.
Lead me to the right opportunities…
and protect me from anything not meant for me.
Give me patience when things don’t go my way.
Give me grace when I feel frustrated.
And give me faith when I cannot see the outcome.
Lord, I surrender this day to You.
Every plan… every challenge… every moment.
Let everything I do bring glory to You.
And no matter what happens today,
help me to remember —
I am not alone.
You are with me.
You are for me.
And You are guiding me every step of the way.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
